On delivery, earn floor(net product subtotal × 5 / 100) points. Discounts are deducted first; shipping and tax do not earn points. Pending or cancelled orders earn no points.
Each eligible referral currently earns the referrer 100 points immediately after the new customer confirms their email. A referral code is optional at signup.
One reward per new account. The referrer must have a confirmed email. Self-referrals and changing the referrer after signup are not allowed. The reward amount is the setting active at confirmation.
Loyalty tiers
Rank uses lifetime points earned from delivered orders and referrals, plus net admin adjustments. Spending or expiry reduces the available balance without reducing rank. Refunds do not earn rank progress; revoked awards are excluded.

Point value = base point value × your current rank multiplier. The current rank applies to all unexpired points when redeemed. Higher tiers improve redemption value, not the earning formula.
How to redeem and retain points
Use whole points at checkout for up to 30% of the product subtotal. Shipping and tax are not discounted directly. Oldest-expiring points are used first. The backend checks balance, price and rank again when placing the order.
Points earned are rounded down to whole points. Monetary discounts are rounded to 2 decimals and limited by the redemption cap. Points have no cash payout or transfer option.
Each award expires 90 days after it is earned. Redeeming from a points lot extends that lot’s expiry by 30 days. Expired points cannot be spent.
Cancelling an eligible order restores the points spent on it to their original lots, preserving expiry dates. Any earlier award for the cancelled order is revoked. An already-expired refunded lot remains unavailable.
This page always reflects current settings. Existing order amounts are preserved. Administrators may correct balances with a recorded reason; new settings apply to future awards and redemptions.
